We stayed in the Queen room which was nice and I had breakfast included which was decent but handy. The service was pleasant, warm and efficient. The location was perfect, the suite is situated in the centre of the city so it was ideal for travelling to the Bull Ring and the German Market.
It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice
Very nice and well organised stadium. Really enjoyed but the only thing which I didn’t like was the food prices. Everything was so expensive. Small fish and chips costed me £15.
Well went to view a movie, tickets purchased in advance. Feel a bit claustrophobic entering into the cinema area. Screen was dirty top right but still could view movie ok. Overall good experience
Visited for The Hundred recently,Birmingham Phoenix v Trent Rockets and had a fantastic evening at Edgbaston and would recommend the ground to any cricket fan. The stadium is situated in the south suburbs of the city and is a straightforward 30 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Railway Station. I was slightly confused that i couldnt access the large club shop on the outside of the impressive blue clad South Stand but friendly ticket office staff informed me if i entered at E4-5 (my seat was actually on the other side of the ground) and turn right in the concourse i could access the club shop inside the ground. Scanning of the e-ticket and bag was quick and easy and,as i was entering the ground in the last few balls of the Womens game,getting into the club shop and purchasing items was also easy,with a great selection of T100,T20,and Warwickshire CCC items to chose from.
Overall, visitors to Glasgow’s casinos can expect a pleasant and enjoyable experience. With a variety of options available, there is something to suit every taste and budget.
Even though we travelled a short distance to the Arena it's very easy to navigate your way around...
Absolutely brilliant. Usually we do partner events in London. Usually the issues surrounding this are tricky location, expensive parking and congestion fees....with the Edgbaston Stadium it was so easy to find, plenty of free parking, welcoming staff, brilliant location with access to presenting in a professional space looking over the grounds.
..Absolutely zero customer service by being totally ignored by the female bar member with dark hair.. despite me standing at the bar in front of her waiting to be served she looked over me after finishing with her customer and took the order from a tall man behind me????????. I couldn't help but give her a piece of my mind.
The man with the dangly earing is soooo miserable! We didnt even wanna stay on his table ! Get a new job and smile! Everyone else is nice though
The hotel arranged for some cakes and chocolates to greet my wife in Glasgow casino the room for her birthday which was great.
I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
First time in a casino. Really clean, staff were helpful and friendly. A good experience on the roulette table even though I lost :-(
